Yes, the space is not big enough that you can fit a wraparound sofa set but you can place a small couch or two and a small coffee table. You need to be a bit more creative and take minimalism in mind when furnishing the living room.
Aside from the living area, you also have a bit of space for a dining set. You can easily fit a dining table that can comfortably seat four people in the remaining space. It is possible to place a 6-seater dining table but it will make the area a bit cramped. You don’t have to worry about the kitchen area because the designers already took this into consideration and set aside room in the rear for a basic kitchen. There are already a couple of overhead cabinets installed so there is no need to worry about storage.
The bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The floors and walls of the bathroom already comes pre-tiled and painted. Also, it comes with all the necessary fixtures. The bathroom provides more than enough room that you can take a shower without your elbows banging against the tiled walls.
On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms. Both rooms have provisions for window type air-conditioning units and have more than enough floor space that you can position a queen-sized bed in each one without any problem. There will also be just enough space for a basic desk and wardrobe. The staircase leading to the second floor is also wide and high enough that you will find no problem moving large pieces of furniture up and down.
The whole house sits on a 25 square meter lot. It has a total floor space of 23 square meters. The front of the house, though not that spacious, can be used for a small lawn and garden. You can fence off the sides of your lot and do a bit of landscaping to make your unit a bit different from the rest.
The best thing about the Preciosa townhouse, aside from the size and amount of available space, is that it has a total contract price of one million pesos only. To sweeten the deal, you can also pay through bank financing or through Pag-ibig housing loans, making payments a lot easier.

If you need to go to the Tanauan City Hall, you just need to take a short tricycle and jeepney ride. The total travel time will usually be a bit over fifteen minutes. In the City Hall grounds, you can do all of the public transactions that you need to accomplish.

For instance, if you are going to Metro Manila on business or just planning to visit, buses from the terminal leave every thirty minutes, twenty-four hours a day. So even if you will be coming back home late in the evening, you can be sure that there are buses that are ready and waiting to give you a ride.

There are guardhouses positioned at the entrance/exit gates of the community. You can also find several closed circuit TV cameras installed in each of them so the guards will know if and when a suspicious person ever comes into the compound uninvited.
Another safety precaution set by the developers is a high perimeter wall surrounding the entire community. The concrete walls surrounding the compound are high and topped with razor wire to deter would be intruders from taking a short cut into the residents’ homes. There is also a trench dug around the outside perimeter walls to make it even harder for intruders to gain ample foothold.
Aside from the security facilities, the roads crisscrossing the compound is quite impressive as well. Unlike other real estate developers, Amare Homes actually has roads that are designed to code, which means that the roads are more than wide enough for emergency vehicles to pass through uninhibited. In fact, the main road way is so wide that the developers had to put a center island (that serves double duty as a tree planter) to make the compound a bit more aesthetically pleasing.
In addition, even though there are no dedicated car ports for the houses, you can park your car on the side of the road while still having enough room for other vehicles to pass through. There are also overhead power lines and underground plumbing systems that provide the basic necessities to the residents. Again, you do not have to worry about living in the province because the area where the Amare Homes lie has high speed internet services. In addition, you can access plenty of cable/satellite TV providers, providing you with several options when it comes to entertainment.
The sidewalks are also wide enough that you can use them as jogging/running paths. There are also a couple of open and landscaped plots where you and your family can hang out during the afternoons and maybe have a picnic. Furthermore, there are a couple of playground equipment installed in these open areas so you can take your kids there. It is a good way to hone their socialization skills as they can play with the other children in the neighborhood. The great thing about living in a small community such as Amare is that all of these things are within walking distance.
